Ennis Butchers has been operating in Rialto in Dublin 8 since 1946. In 1997 Derek Bolger bought the business and begun the slow process of creating the retail experience that it offers today.
Tackling some ill conceived perceptions about the kind of butcher shop that should operate at this location has been a primary driver behind the shops development. Achieving this has meant a combination of: Long hours of hard graft. A variety of (sometimes atypical) produce that is of an exceptional quality and sourced from fantastic suppliers who share in our passion. And most importantly, taking the time to talk and listen to our customers.
Since we have been here we have gathered around us some incredibly loyal clients but we always have room for more so why not drop into our shop and ask Derek to give you the tour (but perhaps keep an eye on the clock, he could talk for Ireland).
